How it works
A junior rep’s day, done by software you can check.
The rep does seven things, in order, every working day. Each one leaves a record you can read, and the two that matter most, the first email and anything with a commitment in it, wait for you.
It finds companies that fit.
You give it target verticals and cities and the roles you sell to. It searches DuckDuckGo and Google from your own browser, two pages per search with a reading pause between them, alternating engines, within a daily budget, business hours only, one rest day a week.
Companies hiring for the roles you sell against are found on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby boards. Every hit is scored against your ideal customer. Nothing found is thrown away.
| Company | Found via | Fit | Signal |
|---|---|---|---|
| Northwind Logistics | careers board | high | hiring automation engineer |
| Harbour Freight Co. | DuckDuckGo p.1 | high | — |
| Elbe Cold Chain | Google p.2 | medium | — |
| Freight Directory EU | Google p.1 | capped · directory | — |
It finds the person.
It reads the company’s site for an address, a phone, a postal address, a description and the people named with a role. Most sites offer only info@ or support@, and those earn an auto-reply at best.
So the rep maps the company’s people from public search results, never touching LinkedIn itself, and writes to the founder, CEO, CTO or head of operations.
| Person | Title | Address | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Maya Chen | CTO | mchen@northwind.com | ✓ checked |
| Daniel Okafor | Head of Operations | dokafor@northwind.com | proves by delivery |
| Priya Raman | Co-founder | — | no address · kept |
It checks the address before it sends.
At Microsoft-hosted companies the address is checked against Microsoft’s own sign-in service, so the rep writes to an address that exists. Elsewhere the first email is the check: if it does not bounce within a day and a half, the address and the person are marked verified.
If it bounces, that address is retired for good. The rep never fires a second guess at the same mail server; at most it writes once to the mailbox the company publishes.
The address exists. The person works there.

Your knowledge pack holds who you are, what you offer, your proof, your terms, your assets and your answers to objections. Only facts you confirmed can ground a number. Every draft is claim-checked before it can be sent.
Every cold email closes with your signature block, your website, your postal address and a plain opt-out line, kept even when you edit the text.
It sends from your own email account and follows up.
Sent from the browser you are signed into, as you. Follow-ups on a cadence for your kind of business. A reply pauses the cadence, an out-of-office shifts it, a bounce or an unsubscribe stops it everywhere. At most one email per thread per day.
It answers replies with your answers.
Interested, question, objection, timing, wrong person, not interested, out of office, bounce, unsubscribe: each class has a fixed next action. Objections are handled with your own answers; when you edit a reply, the rep learns the answer for next time.
Legal, press, investor, payment details and “are you a bot?” always go to you.
It books the call and reports its day.
It finds or creates your Google Calendar booking page in your own account and puts the link in every email that proposes a call. Calendly bookings arrive by webhook.
At the hour you choose, “Your rep’s day” lands on your desktop and your Telegram.
Sent: 3 first emails, 5 follow-ups.
Booked: Maya Chen, Thu 11:00.
Waiting on you: 1 card, 1 question (net-30 terms).
Tomorrow: 3 first emails drafted, Harbour Freight and Elbe Cold Chain researched.
Where you come in.
A first cold email always waits for your approval unless you turn that off. Rejecting a first email means “do not contact”.
- Discounts, custom terms, exclusivity, free goods, refunds and delivery dates you have not confirmed always come to you.
- Each card can be approved, approved with your edits, written again, or rejected.
- Facts the pack lacks become one-line questions to you; your answers go into the pack.
See it run on your own prospects.
Twenty minutes: your targets, your knowledge pack, and the first cards drafted while we talk.
